GD PHOENIX Agent Program Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING THE GD PHOENIX AGENT PROGRAM. BY REGISTERING FOR AND PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT JOIN THE PROGRAM.

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the GD PHOENIX Casino Agent Program (“Program”). This Agreement is between you (“you,” “the Agent,” or “the Affiliate”) and GD PHOENIX Casino (“we,” “us,” or “the Casino”).

1. Enrollment in the Program

• To become an Agent, you must complete the application form on our website.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
• You must be of legal age 21+ to participate in the Program.

2. Commission Structure and Payment

• Commission Rates: You will earn a commission based on the Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by the players you refer to GD PHOENIX Casino. NGR is calculated as: Gross Revenue – Bonuses – Chargebacks – Taxes/Fees.
• No Negative Carryover: Your commission balance will be reset to zero at the beginning of each calendar month. Negative earnings in one month will not affect your commissions in future months.
• Payment Methods: Commissions will be paid monthly via bank transfer, GCash, Maya, or cryptocurrency].
• Minimum Payment Threshold: A minimum commission balance of “₱100” is required before a payment will be issued.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions are typically paid within 15 business days of the end of each calendar month.
• Taxes: You are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes on your commission earnings.

3. Agent Responsibilities

• You agree to promote GD PHOENIX Casino ethically and responsibly.
• You must not engage in any spamming, misleading advertising, or other unethical marketing practices.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to online gambling and advertising.
• You must not target individuals under the legal gambling age.
• You must not promote GD PHOENIX Casino in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You are responsible for the content of your website and any other promotional materials you use.
• You must not make any false or misleading claims about GD PHOENIX Casino or its services.
• You must not use any GD PHOENIX Casino branding without permission.
• You must disclose your affiliate relationship with GD PHOENIX Casino in a clear and conspicuous manner.

4. Tracking and Reporting

• We will provide you with unique tracking links and/or codes to track the players you refer.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your tracking links are properly implemented.
• You will have access to an online dashboard where you can track your referrals, clicks, conversions, and earnings in real-time.
• We will provide you with regular performance reports.

5. Intellectual Property

• GD PHOENIX Casino retains all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting GD PHOENIX Casino.
• You must not modify our marketing materials without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

• We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to you.
• You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to us.
• Upon termination, you must immediately cease promoting GD PHOENIX Casino and remove all links and marketing materials from your website and other platforms.
• Any outstanding commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to the terms of this Agreement, subject to any applicable deductions or withholdings.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the term of this Agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• GD PHOENIX Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Program.
• Our total liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of PAGCOR.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• GD PHOENIX may update these terms.
